Re-direction
Methode

I created the redirection method as a way open up for new path ways and possibilities for the future,
in which all we believe today can be different tomorrow and to come closer to our truest authentic selves, by unlearning what is told, and learning how to listen to the wisdom within. This method is a combination of Rebirthing therapy and add on tools that have helped me along my personal healing journey, to reunite with the version of myself that I wanted to be. Read about the redirection method that Community Circle uses to redirect members into the direction of their deeper desires. love, Farrieda

SPIRITUAL AND CREATIVE PSYCHOLOGY

Spiritual Psychology is a blend of spirituality and science. It uses elements of both traditional psychology and spirituality as when they  go hand in hand, see eye to eye everything makes so much more sense. Spiritual psychology is an innovative branch of psychology that examines not only mind and behavior but also taps into the heart space, brain-heart coherence, integrity and the connection with spirit or the voice of the soul. I counsel people to help them discover a greater inner awareness, to achieve spiritual wellbeing as well as mental and emotional wellbeing. It is also about learning and applying the fundamentals of life: Love, forgiveness, being kind, generous and honest – to self and others. Connecting the dots on a spiritual level with anything happening in life can help you find more meaning, purpose and peace.

BREATHWORK
Breathwork is a term for various breathing exercises in which through conscious control of breathing the mental, emotional or physical condition is highlighted with the opportunity to release any negative charge or imprint. Breathing is one of the most underestimated forces of the body. The quality of our breath says a lot about the quality of our lives. A correct way of breathing has influence on your state of being, a positive impact on your immune system and can regulate stress and tension better. With the right guidance, you enter an alternative state of consciousness, a natural 'high' by putting more focus on proper breathing. Breathwork has a therapeutic effect that helps us remember and let us experience who and what we are in depth. Breathwork brings you closer yourself and stronger in contact with your life energy.

MEDITATION
There is many great research on meditation. It can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. Meditation lets you become more aware and more purposeful about your actions. It teaches you how to respond, rather than react, to situations in your life. Meditation can give you a greater awareness, increase your body-mind-soul connection, decrease negative mood or anxiety and boost your brain function by improving attention and memory. Just as with breathwork, you can reach a point of inner stillness and peace which is a sense of bliss that isn't dependent on outer circumstances.

BODYWORK
Bodywork is broad term which incorporate a lot of different modalities. This could be stretching, tapping, acupressure, shaking and such.. For me bodywork means consciously working with the body, by tuning inwards and feel what and where tension is stored in the body. To gently unravel deeply held patterns of physical, mental & energetic tension that unprocessed trauma can create. The energy of trauma is stored in our bodies tissues (primarily muscles and fascia) until it can be released. This stored trauma typically leads to build up tension resulting into pain and numbness or a heavy feeling. We work on body awareness and expand the somatic experience rather than cognitive awareness and promote healing with the breath, body posture and/or sound. Using practical exercises which you may have experienced before during yoga, kundalini or chi-gong for example.

INTERACTIVE PLAY
My all-time favorite quote is ‘we don’t stop playing because we grow old, but we grow old because we stop playing!’ Interactive play, whether its sharing thought, teaming up on a task or doing a exercises together, opening up to one other and collaborating is very important to develop our social skills, improving our relationship and connection with others, which can heal wounds, stimulating trust and a sense of community which can be heart-warming, uplifting, inspiring and motivating! Group exercises improves enjoyment and keeps you energetic!
